Beth has over 20 years of wide-ranging experience and has held leadership roles covering strategy and operations through to marketing and fundraising.

She began her career with the sports apparel company, adidas, based in both the Philippines and Hong Kong, and working across 13 markets in APAC. Her most recent experience as Global Chief of Staff for the non-profit International Care Ministries included expansion of its operations and poverty alleviation programmes to Uganda and Guatemala. Her strengths are in organisational development, change management and project management. She excels in ambiguous situations providing a roadmap to define clear, quantifiable goals and has driven teams to work more productively and efficiently while streamlining processes.

Based in Hong Kong, she aspires to continue helping organisations embed sustainability as part of their core operations and create a positive impact for their communities.
